Good news: this book exists. Bad news: it probably won't get any bigger.
The short version is that the authors have gone their separate ways. The long version involves feelings, which are, unfortunately, not a Haskell type (and to get to that part, you'll probably have to find one of us in the wild).
We are genuinely proud of what made it in. The chapters that are in release.pdf are complete i.e. which have been finished and reviewed by all of us. We have used these in tutorials and are confident that they will serve you well.
We just can't promise you the same for chapters that were pending review (in main.pdf but not in release.pdf) as well as the chapters which are not completed.
